Långsvärd- och dusackträning i Bergshamraskolans gymnastiksal.
Starts: 2014-11-05 06:00 PM
Ends: 2014-11-05 08:00 PM

Vi kommer att inleda med dusack, primära garder.
Sedan blir det långsvärd.

Hej folks!

Due to some nasty pain in my elbow I will not come today. I hope that I will recover until Saturday to swing the blade again with new strength.
