Träning

Långsvärd- och dusackträning i Bergshamraskolans gymnastiksal.

Vi kommer att inleda med dusack, hur man hugger igenom.
Sedan blir det långsvärd.

I had good sparring yesterday, so I will not bring mine own protective gear for sparring this time.

Sales however, now that is quite another matter isn't it?
I will bring my old Absolute Force items, as per separate posting, so as to enable anyone who is interested to have a closer look.

Last Saturday, I probably had my feder placed in the club bag, by mistake of course. My name should be vaguely discernible on the blade, near the crossguard. Please help me look for it.

I, too, need a feder.

My feder is no longer lost. All along it had ben tucked away somewhere quite safe, in the place where it is supposed to be. It was just little bit further in.
